Kakav je njihov odnos prema dijabetesu? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Jaja i dijabetes<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ameri\u010dki znanstvenici ka\u017eu kako jaja ne pove\u0107avaju rizike razvoja dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je trajalo 11 godina, a sudjelovalo je vi\u0161e od 4000 osoba starijih od 65 godina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utvr\u0111eno je kako nasuprot ranijim tvrdnjama u\u010destala konzumacija jaja ne pove\u0107ava rizik razvoja dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ameri\u010dka dijabeti\u010dka udruga smatra da su jaja dobar izbor za osobe s dijabetesom. Jaja su namirnica s brojnim nutritivnim prednostima, \u010dak i za osobe s dijabetesom. Jaje sadr\u017ei samo oko pola grama ugljikohidrata i oko7 grama kvalitetnih proteina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilema je nastala jer su se u pro\u0161losti jaja smatrala nezdravom namirnicom zbog sadr\u017eaja kolesterola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prednosti jaja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednosti konzumacije jaja su brojne, jaje sadr\u017ei oko 7 grama proteina te su izvrstan izvor proteina. Jaja su tako\u0111er dobar izvor kalija, koji tako\u0111er podr\u017eava zdravlje mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja imaju i druge hranjive tvari poput luteina koji je potpora o\u010duvanju zdravlja o\u010diju, ali i za srce te krvo\u017eilni sustav. Sadr\u017ee i vitamin A, D, antioksidanse&#8230; \u017dumanjak sadr\u017ei biotin koji je bitan za ko\u017eu i kosu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja nisu visoko kalori\u010dna, a sadr\u017ee brojne kvalitetne nutrijente, stoga ih se mo\u017ee dodati u prehranu i kada osoba vodi ra\u010duna o dnevnom unosu kalorija ili je na dijeti za mr\u0161avljenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dijabeti\u010dare mo\u017ee biti koristan visok udio bjelan\u010devina, bjelan\u010devine smanjuju apsorpciju glukoze. Ono \u0161to mo\u017ee biti sporno je kolesterol, no, isto koliko i iz raznih drugih namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod konzumacije jaja postoje odre\u0111ene preporuke kombiniranje hrane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
