Preporu\u010duje se izbjegavanje oraha, \u010dokolade i sjemenki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko vam se herpes pojavljuje vi\u0161e od tri puta godi\u0161nje preporu\u010duje se uzimanje dodatnih koli\u010dina lizina &#8211; 500 mg dnevno. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da poja\u010dan unos vitamina C zna\u010di i br\u017ee povla\u010denje herpesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=71065\"><strong>Vitamin E<\/strong><\/a> je tako\u0111er na vrhu popisa, a tu je i prehrana s dovoljno <strong>folne kiseline, \u017eeljeza, cinka<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biljke protiv herpesa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ehinacea, sladi\u0107, gospina trava, mati\u010dnjak, bazga, sjeme grejpa<\/strong>, samo su neke od biljaka od kojih \u010daj ili ekstrakt u kapima mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod herpesa kada se doda u prehranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povremena kura kapima od<strong> ekstrakta sjemenki grejpa ili ehinacee <\/strong>mo\u017ee biti korisna, kao i uzimanje kapi odmah kod pojave herpesa kako bi se oja\u010dao imunolo\u0161ki sustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8211; L-Lysine aminokiselina<\/strong> &#8211; prehrana kod herpesa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L-Lysine je aminokiselina koja mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u sprje\u010davanju izbijanja bolesti. Virus herpesa treba L-arginin kako bi se replicirao a L-Lysine smanjuje L-arginin. L-Lysin blokira odnosno ograni\u010dava razvoj virusa, te neutralizira arginin. Ovakav odnos sugeriraju neka istra\u017eivanja, no, jo\u0161 nema konkretnih zaklju\u010daka o u\u010dinkovitosti L-Lysina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dnevno treba L-Lysina?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Okvirno se ra\u010duna da je potrebno oko 30 mg po kilogramu tjelesne te\u017eine odrasloj osobi. Osobi te\u0161koj 50 kg potrebno je dakle oko 1500 mg, odnosno 1,5 grama, dok osobi od 70 kg oko 2.100 mg, \u0161to je 2,1 gram L-lysina dnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koja hrana sadr\u017ei L-Lysine?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Govedina sa porcijo od 170 grama ima 5.620 L-Lysina \u0161to je preko 250% dnevnih potreba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ispod je tablica namirnica s koli\u010dinom L-Lysina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, \u010desto je hrana koja je bogata L-Lysinom bogata i argininom.
