Pretpostavlja se da isto vrijedi i za odraslu osobu. Idealno bi bilo piti \u010distu vodu, ali ukoliko vam je to te\u0161ko slobodno je zasladite gustim sokom (sirupom), zamijenite \u010dajem ili nekim drugim light napitkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako \u0161e\u0107er mo\u017ee trenutno pobolj\u0161ati koncentraciju, pretjerivanje mo\u017ee imati suprotan u\u010dinak. Zbog toga sa slatki\u0161ima umjereno. Isto vrijedi i za gazirane sokove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo\u0107e bogato vitaminom C imat \u0107e dvostruk u\u010dinak. Pobolj\u0161at \u0107e koncentraciju i odagnati umor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hrana za mozak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrana za mozak je ona hrana koja mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati rad mozga, a me\u0111u tu hranu spadaju masna riba, ora\u0161asti plodovi, cjelovite \u017eitarice, bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e, sjemenke, tamna \u010dokolada&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo bi trebalo ukomponirati u zdravu prehranu, te biti sastavni dio svakodnevne prehrane kako bi mozak optimalno funkcionirao.
