Neki su ih se po\u010deli bojati i potpuno izbacili jaja iz prehrane, da bi novija istra\u017eivanja otkrila kako jaja ipak nisu \u0161tetna, nego dapa\u010de, ponovno su iz po\u010deli ubrajati u popis 20 najzdravijih namirnica, s ogradama kako treba biti pa\u017eljiv u koli\u010dini koju jedemo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja su dugo vremena bila smatrana \u00ablo\u0161om\u00bb namirnicom kada je srce u pitanju. Me\u0111utim, nova istra\u017eivanja sugeriraju kako, ne samo da to nije istina, nego da su jaja neka vrsta \u00absuper-namirnice\u00bb. Navodno, jaja u stvari \u0161tite organizam od sr\u010danih bolesti, raka dojke, problema s o\u010dima, a mogu vam pomo\u0107i i da izgubite na te\u017eini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja sadr\u017ee kolesterol i zbog toga su bila deklarirana kao lo\u0161a, me\u0111utim jaja sadr\u017ee oko 13 esencijalnih sastojaka va\u017enih za zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin E u njima \u0161titi od sr\u010danih bolesti, vitamin D koristi dobrom zdravlju kostiju, a njihovo bogatstvo vitaminom B i vitaminom A olak\u0161ava vitalne funkcije organizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema istom istra\u017eivanju teenagerice koje jedu jedno jaje dnevno osiguravaju sebi za\u0161titu od raka dojke u kasnijim godinama. Lutein u jajima poma\u017ee sprje\u010davanju problema s nekim bolestima o\u010diju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno jaja kupujte samo od uglednih proizvo\u0111a\u010da, \u010duvajte ih u hladnjaku, najbolje u njihovim kutijama i ne prekora\u010dujte rok trajanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko jaja jesti dnevno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najnovije zdravstvene preporuke trenutno govore kako biste trebali ograni\u010diti ipak konzumaciju jaja na 1,5 dnevno. Najnovije istra\u017eivanja podupiru ove preporuke. Na\u017ealost, jo\u0161 uvijek ne postoje preporuke iza kojih \u0107e netko \u010dvrsto stajati i re\u0107i toliko i toliko jaja smijete bez da \u0107e \u0161koditi va\u0161em zdravlju. Ako jedan dan pojedete vi\u0161e od jednog jajeta sljede\u0107i dan presko\u010dite konzumaciju jaja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko jaja se mo\u017ee jesti tjedno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslovica s po\u010detka teksta svako jutro jedno jaje pokazala se to\u010dnom i kada su najnovije zdravstvene preporuke u pitanju o tjednoj konzumaciji jaja. Iako dnevno mo\u017eete pojesti do 3 jaja i dalje stoje preporuke da tjedna koli\u010dina ne pre\u0111e 7-10 jaja. Ve\u0107ini zdravih osoba 7-10 jaja tjedno ne\u0107e utjecati negativno na zdravlje kardiovaskularnog sustava, a pru\u017eit \u0107e nutricionisti\u010dke koristi koje su sadr\u017eane u jajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno ukoliko imate neka zdravstvena stanja, preporuke koje se daju za zdravu op\u0107u populaciju ne vrijede za vas, nego trebate potra\u017eiti lije\u010dni\u010dki savjet konkretno za va\u0161u situaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada jesti jaja? Za doru\u010dak, ru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolje doba dana za konzumaciju jaja u zdravom \u017eivotnom stilu je doru\u010dak. Hrana poput jaja, koja je bogata proteinima opskrbit \u0107e vas energijom, osje\u0107at \u0107ete se du\u017ee sitima i tijekom dana \u0107ete jesti manje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ne postoje slu\u017ebene zabrane ili preporuke o ograni\u010davanju konzumacije jaja u ve\u010dernjim satima, u narodu se smatra kako bi jaja trebalo jesti uglavnom za doru\u010dak i eventualno ru\u010dak. Ukoliko jaja jedete za ve\u010deru, ka\u017ee se kako biste trebali nakon takvog obroka pojesti jabuku kako biste jabukom poni\u0161tili negativni u\u010dinak koji konzumacija jaja ima u ve\u010dernjim satima, iako se ne spominje koji bi to bio konkretno negativan u\u010dinak. Ali svejedno se bolje dr\u017eati sigurne strane i birati jaja za doru\u010dak i rani ru\u010dak. Mo\u017eda se razlog krije u tome \u0161to su jaja  sporo probavljiva namirnica, te treba dosta vremena da se probave. Ukoliko ih konzumirate uve\u010der opteretit \u0107e va\u0161 probavni sustav. Konzumirate li jaja uve\u010der, ne\u0107e se probaviti do kraja i ne\u0107e se sti\u0107i iskoristiti njihova energija, te \u0107e se masno\u0107e pohraniti u tijelu, \u0161to vodi do debljanja.
