Nakon isprobanih bezbroj&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26929\">vrsta dijeta<\/a> i raznih <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=33053\">trikova za mr\u0161avljenje<\/a> kod mene se najbolja metoda pokazala konzumiranje pivskog kvasca. Iako je pivski kvasac pun b kompleksa za kojeg se tvrdi da pobolj\u0161ava apetit, meni je suhi pivski kvasac pomogao da smr\u0161avim 10 kg i da se pridr\u017eavam dijete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvorno sam se odlu\u010dila na dijetu brojanja kalorija, jer nisam osoba koja se voli odricati omiljene hrane i sebi sam postavila maksimum od 1600 kalorija dnevno. Uz takav plan, ako bi se pridr\u017eavala dijete mr\u0161avila bih oko 2 kg tjedno, budu\u0107i da imam dosta brz metabolizam i standardna&nbsp; matemati\u010dka ra\u010dunica koja ka\u017ee da za izgubiti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prisjetimo.covermagazin.com\/?p=772\">1 kg masno\u0107a trebamo manje unijeti 7000 kalorija<\/a> kod mene ne vrijedi. Uz ovu dijetu po toj ra\u010dunici bi gubila oko 1 kg tjedno, budu\u0107i da sam bila dosta aktivna i dosta hodala i trebalo mi je dnevno oko 2500 kalorija, ali poznavaju\u0107i&nbsp; svoje tijelo, znala sam da ako dnevno unesem 1500 do 1800 kalorija da \u0107u smr\u0161avjeti vi\u0161e od 1 kg. Tako je i bilo. U 2 mjeseca izgubila sam oko 8 kg, a jo\u0161 dva kg nakon prestanka dijete, jer su mi se navike hranjenja promijenile, pa neke stvari vi\u0161e nisam ni pomi\u0161ljaja da jedem, a koje su prije toga bile \u010desto sastavni dio moje prehrane poput \u010dipsa i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi smanjila glad koju sam osje\u0107ala posebno ujutro, kada sam naviknula na veliki doru\u010dak, zapo\u010dela sam <strong>konzumirati pivski kvasac u prahu (suhi pivski kvasac).<\/strong> Izrazito je neugodnog okusa, ali bih ga uspjela popiti tako da bi ga umijesila, 1 \u010dajnu \u017elicu, u 2 dl, soka od jabuke. I tako sam ga pila dva puta dnevno, ujutro prije doru\u010dka i uve\u010der pred ve\u010deru, kako bi sprije\u010dila kasnove\u010dernje prejedanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedino dok sam pila pivski kvasac sam uspjela odr\u017eati dijetu od po\u010detka do kraja i zaista sam izgubila kilograme. Prije toga sam zapo\u010dinjala dijetu i probala tko zna koje ina\u010dice i vrste dijeta, ali s pivskim kvascem je jedini put kad mi je uspjelo i kad sam zaista izgubila veliki apetit, volju za dosta nezdrave hrane koja je ranije bila sastavni dio dnevne rutine.
