Me\u0111utim, pred ovo ljeto trebala sam biti kuma na vjen\u010danju, \u0161to mi je bio veliki motiv za mr\u0161avljenje, za mene je bilo sada ili nikad, a takav stav pomogao mi je da se pridr\u017eavam bolni\u010dke dijete u potpunosti. Na dijetu sam krenula 20 dana ranije, kako bi je zavr\u0161ila tjedan prije vjen\u010danja, jer nisam htjela sru\u0161iti se na vjen\u010danju od gladi. Mo\u017eda sam o\u010dekivala malo vi\u0161e, jer sam planirala izgubiti 10 kg, ali na kraju je i tih 7 bilo sasvim zadovoljavaju\u0107e, ni malo ni puno. Nakon prva dva dana privikavanja na stalni osje\u0107aj gladi, u globalu je dijeta bila lagana, jer sam shvatila da kada \u010dovjek \u010dvrsto odlu\u010di, nema toga \u0161to ne mo\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U potrazi za dijetom koja bi mi omogu\u0107ila da izgubim ve\u0107i broj kilograma u \u0161to manje dana <\/strong>nai\u0161la sam na bolni\u010dku dijetu, s to\u010dno definiranim pravilima i jelovnikom. Velika prednost je bila \u0161to se dijeta poklopila s ljetovanjem na koje sam i\u0161la s dru\u0161tvom, pa nije u blizini mame koja bi kuhala i nagovarala me da odustanem od dijete ili kuhala jela kojima ne bi mogla odoljeti. Ve\u0107ina dru\u0161tva se hranila priru\u010dno, u restoranima brze hrane ili sendvi\u010dima, tako da moja prehrana nije puno odstupala, osim \u0161to sam pila isklju\u010divo vodu i crnu kavu, kada bi bili u kafi\u0107ima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolni\u010dka dijeta zabranjuje ulja, bilo kakve umake, \u0161e\u0107er i slatka pi\u0107a, ne smije se piti ni\u0161ta alkoholno i zapravo ni\u0161ta \u0161to nije na popisu dijetnog plana kroz tih 13 dana. Sebi nisam dozvolila \u010dak ni zalogaj\u010di\u0107 osim hrana koja je napisana na popisu u jelovniku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-green-background-color has-background\">Striktno sam se dr\u017eala dijete i isplatilo se, pa iako nisam izgubila svih o\u010dekivanih 10 kg, bila sam presretna, pa bi ohrabrila bilo koga tko \u017eeli smr\u0161aviti u kratkom roku da isproba ovu dijetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvih 3 dana dijete bila su stvarno te\u0161ka, bila sam gladna, bilo mi je te\u0161ko odbiti dru\u0161tvo kada bi oni i\u0161li na sendvi\u010de, bilo mi je te\u0161ko ne zasladiti kavu u kafi\u0107u ili ne popiti ne\u0161to drugo za vrijeme izlaska. Ali budu\u0107i da je odmor bio ekstremno zabavan u drugom smislu, to mi je olak\u0161alo da se dr\u017eim svoje odluke, a pritom je pomoglo i \u0161to sam bila dosta aktivna i svakodnevno se gledala u kupa\u0107em kostimu. Ve\u0107 sedmi dan bolni\u010dke dijete morala sam kupiti novi kupa\u0107i kostim jer mi je donji dio kupa\u0107eg postao pre\u0161irok u struku, a to mi je dalo veliki poticaj da izdr\u017eim i ostatak dijete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nakon tre\u0107eg dana bilo je malo lak\u0161e <\/strong>odricati se hrane jer sam ve\u0107 stekla rutinu, ali i dalje je bilo te\u0161ko i svaki dan je bio posebno zahtjevan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki tvrde da ova dijeta djeluje na metabolizam, te da \u0107ete nakon ove dijete izgubiti apetit i nastaviti mr\u0161aviti, ali to kod mene nije bio slu\u010daj. Kada sam zavr\u0161ila dijetu i izgubila to \u0161to sam izgubila u tih 13 dana, tu sam se zaustavila i dalje nastavila jesti po starom tempu. Mo\u017eda sam jedino stekla dojam koliko zapravo velike porcije jedem, pa sam smanjila porcije, ali tek toliko da se ne debljam vi\u0161e, nego stojim na mjestu. <strong>Ako tra\u017eite neku dijetu koja bi vam skroz smanjila apetit i potpuno uti\u0161ala glad nakon \u0161to je odradite tada bolni\u010dka dijeta nije za vas<\/strong>, ona \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i smr\u0161aviti ako je se potpuno pridr\u017eavate, ali ne\u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da nastavite mr\u0161avjeti i nakon zavr\u0161etka dijete. <strong>Glad i \u017eelja za hranom su tu tijekom dijete, ali i nakon dijete.<\/strong> Ali ako tra\u017eite brzi na\u010din kao ja, da izgubite odre\u0111eni, a ve\u0107i broj kilograma, na primjer 5 do 10 kilograma, tada je bolni\u010dka dijeta odli\u010dna, jer je se lako pridr\u017eavati, ne morate razmi\u0161ljati o dijeti, a ako je se pridr\u017eavate, tada zaista i gubite o\u010dekivane kilograme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-cover-magazin-com wp-block-embed-cover-magazin-com\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"sJErvNGpA7\"><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=52131\">Bolni\u010dka dijeta &#8211;
