Trebalo bi piti dvije \u0161alice \u010daja dnevno.<\/p>\n<p>Osim stolisnika djelotvoran je \u010daj od bosiljka i ki\u010dice. \u010caj od bosiljka pripremamo tako da \u017eli\u010dicu \u010daja prelijemo sa \u0161alicom kipu\u0107e vode. Ostavimo 5-10 minuta, procijedimo.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u010dica se ne kuha nego se nama\u010de 8h u hladnoj vodi. Jedna \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica se nama\u010de u 0,75l vode.
